Monaco–Romania Private Connections Club

A new private initiative aims to create one of the most active business bridges between the two countries, facilitating Romanian entrepreneurs’ access to the economic, investment, and networking ecosystem of Monaco and the French Riviera. CCPMR, the Monaco–Romania Private Chamber of Commerce, is preparing its official launch in Monte Carlo through an event that will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders from Romania and the Principality of Monaco.
Economic relations between Romania and Monaco are entering a new phase with the launch of CCPMR (Monaco–Romania Private Chamber of Commerce), a private initiative that aims to transform the connections between the business communities of the two countries into an active ecosystem for collaboration, investment, and international growth, leveraging the prestige of the Principality of Monaco as one of the world’s most influential centers for business, investment, and exclusive lifestyle.
Unlike organizations built exclusively around networking meetings, CCPMR is taking on a much more pragmatic objective: facilitating connections that can generate concrete projects, investments, commercial partnerships, and genuine access to opportunities in Monaco and on the French Riviera, in both directions.
The project brings together entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and professionals interested in developing international businesses or investments, providing access to a select community and to an economic ecosystem recognized worldwide for its stability, performance, and openness to investment. During its first year of activity, the organization will operate under the name Club de Connexions Privées Monaco–Roumanie, in accordance with local regulations.
The founders of CCPMR say that the organization’s objective is not to host occasional events, but to develop an active private community capable of generating long-term collaborations and participation in a rich calendar of events and initiatives.
Its key areas of focus include:
● facilitating Romanian companies’ access to Monaco and the French Riviera;
● connecting investors and entrepreneurs from the two countries;
● organizing economic missions and private meetings;
● supporting the development of commercial and investment partnerships;
● promoting Romania within international business circles;
● developing a community of members actively involved in joint projects and initiatives.
According to representatives of the organization, the initiative is backed by a team that, prior to the establishment of CCPMR, contributed to facilitating business projects worth a combined total of more than €100 million for Romanian entrepreneurs on the French Riviera.
CCPMR’s first public appearance will take place at the CCPMR Official Inauguration Night, organized on September 18, 2026, at Cinéma des Beaux-Arts – Théâtre Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo. The event has been strategically scheduled a few days before the Monaco Yacht Show, one of the world’s most important international events dedicated to the luxury and yachting industries.
The organizers expect an audience comprising Romanian entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and business leaders from Monaco and the French Riviera, alongside special guests, partners, and international speakers. The event will combine economic presentations, insights into international markets, strategic networking, and artistic moments, in a format reflecting the distinctive character of the Principality of Monaco. The organizers have also prepared an exclusive yacht party for the first members who join CCPMR before the event, as well as for sponsors. On www.ccpmr.org, you can discover details on how to access CCPMR, including attending the inauguration event in Monte Carlo, Monaco, as a member.
Through this initiative, CCPMR aims to contribute to changing the way Romanian companies access premium markets in Western Europe.
“Romania has competitive entrepreneurs, innovative companies, and significant economic potential. What is often missing is direct access to the right networks and relevant decision-makers. CCPMR aims to bridge this gap and transform connections into real business opportunities,” says Daniel Epure, President of CCPMR.
In the coming years, the Monaco–Romania Private Chamber of Commerce intends to develop a permanent calendar of business meetings, economic delegations, member-focused programs, and projects designed to strengthen economic relations between Romania, Monaco, and the French Riviera.
